When returning a product, customers are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged and returned in its original condition. If the returned product is received damaged, the item will be sent back to the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer and will cover only the value of the product purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
In the event of a product being exchanged, the exchanged order will also incur delivery charges of Rs.200.
